Hello everyone!

On Sunday night some of us met up to decide on a structure for the QCT festival. The notes from that meeting are attached. Please look over them for the next general meeting. 

The art and workshop teams need to add specifics to the schedule, so the finance team can create a detailed budget.

Also, I would like to gently remind everyone the media team will be meeting on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at New Wave Coffee.
