Hello Queerios,
Good morning to you! I had a thought after the last meeting, when discussing outreach. If we plan on attending an event- reach out to the MC or curator and ask if we could make an announcement about the festival- say a bit about it and if people want to sign up to be contacted about something specific they can find you. So you can collect their name, contact info, and what they want to be contacted about- volunteering, organizing, getting an email about call for proposals, ect. We can try to target specific events that are put on by some of the orgs Lex put in the document of suggested orgs to contact?
Anyway- just a thought. Let me know what you think. Maybe if we can't (people don't feel comfortable) make an announcement we could "table"- maybe this means me wearing a sign/button- ask me about QCT? Or something cute.
Just trying to brainstorm about outreach. I know we are all doing a lot so I was trying to think of things that could be implemented into the things we are already doing.

I certainly hope to be doing a lot of this at events I have coming up. Do we have a target date for a website and promotional materials so that there's a landing space people can go to for general information. This will help a great deal.
