QCT Headliner Wish List!!!

Hey Ya'll!

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to get a thread started for everyone to discuss their headliner wish list. If we could get two separate lists going, one for national/international queerlebrities and also Chicago artists/performers we would like to highlight, it would be a great start! I'll put them all into a spreadsheet as we go.

Here are some folks that have already been discussed/some of my ideas-

-I'm not going to start this one because there are too many that I want to add. Haha.

One of two approached might be to tap into the enormous pool of
local/regional talent as a way of generating excitement beyond. As our
first year, the last thing we'd want to do is alienate local artists
for the aspiration of more queer-famous international (and more
challenging to book) artists.

What also about Chicago connected artists who've gone away and still
have sentimental ties here. There's been a longing for queer festival
relevance in the Mid-west since we were noting the gap at East and
West Coast festivals. Let's keep things just a tad off-"Centered" :-)
