Hey guys below is an email I received about the training starting on Friday nights at the outdoor 3G pitch at Ballysillan Leisure Centre. These sessions will be harder than Queens practices and are perfect for players looking to get better quickly. I went to these last year and thought they were excellent! Everything you need to know is below. If you're interested come down this week or next and give it a go! I can provide a lift if needed
Keith told me there's already 4-5 Queens players attending so looking good for a strong turnout!

Coaching: I would like to use these sessions to raise the standard ofcoaching in Belfast. Ie each session will be run by a non-playing
coach. If you're interested in coaching please drop me a reply.Women: I'm really impressed, 5 women and 11 men have signed up. The
sessions will be much more mixed this year.Money: We have just enough interest to run the sessions, but they will
be expensive. All of the money you pay will go to the venue for pitchhire. If we book 10 or more sessions in advance we get an 18%
discount which would bring the cost to £5.50 per session. I can't getthis organised in time for the first few weeks but I will work on it.
If more people sign up the price will come down. I really want thesesessions to be a success, but I will not loose money over them this
year; the total cost is nearly £1,500.There will be no session on the 17 December 2010, the day before the
Christmas Cracker - only 7 people wanted to attend. If you've any questions or you can't make it on Friday, please drop me a reply.
See you Friday,Keith
