Hi Chris,

There is currently a space at indoor varsities for a pick up team in the ladies' division. I'm hoping to make a team of girls from colleges who don't have enough to enter a team by themselves.
This would be a great opportunity for your girls to play against other women of a similar level in Ireland. It would also give them the chance to go to the tournament with your open team and get to know them, which might be good if you're working towards entering a team to mixed varsities.
Please let them know about this team and encourage them to come to Cork and play. Let me know as soon as you can how many are interested.

Thanks,

Caoimhe

so does this mean we can go as the queens team and play a few games
with these guys or do we have to commit to them and play with them the
whole time?
I'd love to play with other girls but I also want to play with Queens
seeing as its the first tournament I'll be at this year.

The Women's Division is on the Sunday so you would play for Open for Queens on Saturday and Women's for a pick-up team on Sunday. If anyone is up for it I can stay down that night too if you need a ride home, and then watch or something. In fact if ANYONE wants to stay on the Sat night with me, that would be cool cus I'm probably going to do it anyway. There's some form of party and watching the Women's Division could be fun, right???? :)
