Hey all, welcome back!!
Hope everyone had a good Christmas and is ready to get stuck into some Ultimate Frisbee this semester. We have our first training session this Wed (2nd Feb) from 2-4pm, with a large helping of match time to ease us back in, followed by a trip to Got Milkshake? in Stranmillis for a milkshake (obviously) afterwards, so get down to that!
Indoors is still on from 2-4pm on Fridays, hopefully your timetables have been thoughtful and given you Friday afternoons off so we get the same good turnout as last semester.
You can look forward to some super duper tournaments this semester, and the warmer weather which should accompany them too (touch disc). Uni League is happening this weekend in Waterford, but we're not going to be there... Why would we even want to go to it anyway????? I found an even better tournament happening the following weekend which isn't a 5 hour drive and will be more banterful! I'm excited... details to follow :)
In other news, Poody has your Hoody if you ordered one. I'm sure he'll bring them down to practice this week if he's not Moody!

Gentle reminder we have our first indoor practice of the year tomorrow 2-4pm in the PEC!

Hey guys just giving you some info here on tournaments coming up in the next few months that I know of, so you can keep the dates free ;)
5th/6th Mar - Development, Women, Mixed IVs - Cork - don't think we're going to this one as we don't have enough ladies to play Mixed or Women
12th/13th Mar - Outdoor IVs Warm Up - Dublin - this is to take the place of Siege of Limerick which isn't happening this year
2nd/3rd Apr - Outdoor IVs - Dublin - I've been told it will be the best tournament ever. We need to defend our Plate we won last year (or do even better and break into the top 8!)
23nd Apr - Love Easter - this is fun one-day tournament in Belfast on Easter Saturday
Summer Getaway? - I think it would be fun to play a tournament after the exams, somewhere sunny, cheap, and not in Ireland. Interested? let me know
