NUIM Open - 19th/20th March

Here's the "Intervarsity warm-up tournament" that I've said was on the cards, take a read below. Note thats it's a week after I was originally told. We'll be sending a Queens team to this so let me know somehow that you want to go and BOOM!!! we're there. Heck I'll even make a Facebook Event so you can let me know with one click!! :)

We'll chat about how awesome this tournament will be tomorrow at 2pm Stranmillis Embankment! Try and make it down this week as I'll have some form of edible treat for everyone at the end and there will be a few special guest appearances, one is French and the other is not!

Hi everyone,

Darragh from Maynooth here. We are trying to organise an outdoor tournament for 19th and 20th March on Maynooth campus. Everyone is welcome to play, we are hoping to have both an open and a women's divisions (pending interest). The team fee will be €100 for the first team and 50 for the second team and free the third team in the Open division. We would like as many women's teams as possible to enter, and as such the team fee for that division is €50.

Accommodation is available from 20 euro on campus but places are limited. There will also be a party in the SU on the Friday night and one on the Saturday in either Maynooth or Dublin. This will be the last opportunity to play outdoors before varsities for colleges, and the first outdoor opportunity for clubs in 2011 after the shocking winter.
