Hey everybody,

Can you please forward this survey through to any newsletters, network meetings or online forums throughout Queensland that you can connect to. We really need to get out to rural areas and LE workers who are working remotely so that they can have input and a voice in helping us prioritise what they need. Please get all of your staff with Lived Experience to fill out the survey and also send on to their contacts too.

The Queensland Lived Experience Workforce Network (Q-LEWN) is being developed by and for Lived Experience Workers in Queensland. It has resulted from the collective efforts of a diverse group of Lived Experience Leaders from across our State and from the feedback we received at the Building Foundations Forum held in May of this year.

We are hosting a Strategic Planning Day on Tuesday 27th November 2018 in Brisbane and the findings from this survey will inform the content and direction of this event and to help us shape what Q-LEWN needs to look like moving forward.

We have tried to consult broadly to this point, but we know that we need perspectives from many more of our peers to make Q-LEWN responsive and effective.

Please help us by completing this anonymous survey by Thursday 22nd November 2018 – we know it is a really fast turn-around, but it should only take a few minutes and we really need your help.

Please also pass the survey on to your Lived Experience networks and contacts at the local level so that we can get the strongest possible representation and input from the Lived Experience Workforce in Queensland.
