Payment for the basement construction

Hi 

Anybody got any mail for the payment for basement construction?

I asked them and they are saying project will take 52 months to complete and they are asking for payment before 15th March.

Yes we all received the demand notice for all 4 (foundation, lower basement, middle basement, upper basement). They need the payment by 15th March. But there is no mention about completion date. 52 month seems too long.given foundation/basement are already done.

Yes.52 months is too long and they won't give the money back and charge 20% of construction cost.

We need to be sure with all the documents.

Also we need to make sure about the quality as the people who have already got the apartment are not happy with it.
