I have received an email on demand draft for franking of registration. Just wanted to check if anyone else has also received it. Also, did anyone manage to check on the approval documents ?

Yes. I did get the email and responded saying I would like to look at the soft copy. But no response from Lakshmi yet.

I have received as well. I have asked, if these charges are against the legal charges mention in Quotation letter. But have not received any response yet.

Lakshmi has refused to share a copy citing company policy. We have to visit the office to see the documents in person.

Went to the HOH office today to check the documents. 
1) They only showed a copy of the BBMP approval received on 30th Nov 2016. I have asked to look at the original. The original documents are supposedly sent to Mumbai office. Lakshmi will get back to me re the originals. 
2) Commencement Certificate is not yet in place. Expected to be received in Jan. I don't know how they can ask for franking of agreements without a CC in place.
3) All the NOC documents(Fire, KSPCB, Bescom, Airport Authority) were the ones received for 1st phase between 2009 and 2010. Since many of these are only valid for 5 years, they had reapplied for these based on which they got the BBMP approvals. But the copies for these documents were missing. I have asked for copies for these too. 
4) The new completion date would be communicated next week. 
5) The base price is expected to be hiked by 100-200 sqft after the launch expected in Jan. (As per Lakshmi)
