Queensgate - BDA Approval for the project has now been obtained

Hi Group,

        I have received the email from HOH CRM team saying that "BDA Approval for the project has now been obtained". They are now in process of getting all major banks approvals.

       

        Below is the full email:

"Dear Customers,

We are glad to inform you that the much awaited Modified BDA Approval for the project has now been obtained.

The construction work at the site has commenced and as per the current status, we have already completed the foundation level and basement work has commenced for Queensgate project.

We are in the process of issuing the payment request letters (soft copy only) to all our customers towards the completed milestone. Moving ahead, we are gearing up for the necessary bank approvals, preparation of agreements, etc.

Request you to kindly be in tune with all official communication from the House of Hiranandani, in the ensuing days.

Incase of any clarifications, you may please get in touch with us.

Looking forward to your continued support!"

I have seen the below post in one of the real estate sites:

"There's a huge banner with a court order to stop buying from HOH due to the builder occupying a Scheduled Caste land. What will be the future of this?"

Has any one seen this banner or has any one spoken with HOH regarding such court orders? Such legal issues will cost us dearly in future, so I am extremely worried despite getting necessary approvals for the project.

Folks,

I had a discussion with the CRM team and here is the email that they sent across to me. I am reproducing it verbatim -

"We would like to clarify with regard to the recent unlawful activities being carried out side our properties by unscrupulous  people who are trying to  mislead the public and take undue advantage of the  false and frivolous case in the court and trying to pressurise us to their unjustified illegal demands.

It is important to note that the Court has restrained them with interfering with our peaceful possession of the properties after being satisfied about our clear title. You may notice that these persons have not put up any banners on our land nor on the site that they claim, but rather have tried to circumvent the intent of the order, which clearly bars them from interfering with our property, and placed these banners on the public road. We are in the process of filing a suit of defamation. 

After failing in extortion, and the court order against them, now they are trying to mislead the general public by resorting to these kind of antics. 

These properties are being developed by us after obtaining  due-diligence report from two reputed law firms and are also cleared by financial institutions and our title to these properties is clear .

We assure you that we will be sorting these issues at the earliest and we are in the process of legal actions against these persons and your trust and investment in our organisation will be protected at any cost, and   your patience and cooperation at this hour is highly appreciated.

We once again thank you for your confidence in us request you to not to get carried away by these type of preposterous propaganda  done by vested interests."
