             Please welcome 2 new member to the group, they have recently book flat in Queensgate.

Hi Chetan /All,

I was wondering the does the Sales Quotation says 20% less Booking ? Because there's no where it says "less Booking Amt" and the 20% Amt Mentioned is exactly the 20% of the Construction Cost. I think they should correct that column and subtract the Booking Amt or at least mention (less Booking).  I was just wondering does it says for you all ? I'm just being skeptical about it. Please Clarify.

Also, when does the Application Form is given.  Usually Isn't ? It should be given immediately. Please clarify on this as well what process you guys have followed in this regards till now. I wanted to get the CRM contact/email.

Hi Soni,

The earnest advance in total is 20%, "20% less Booking" is after deducting the advance amount that you would have paid at the time of booking. After the booking, within 2 weeks I got the the allotment letter by mail, which has to be signed and a copy has to be sent to them. Then you get a demand email for paying the reset of the earnest amount (within 30 days).

Yeah, I am finding it quiet annoying to get back and forth due to silly issues they made on the Sales Qoute.  What about the Application form still needs to be filled and signed. 

Can anyone provide the direct email address of the Customer Center to reach at ? I need to have it fixed, as they put the incorrect amount without deducting the Booking amount in 20%.
