Foundation Complete

Update...

I Had visited the site yesterday and talked with Chandu, he showed me the progress of the construction and he said that the foundation is complete. When asked about approvals, he said that they are waiting on the approvals, yet but they can continue the construction till ground level untill the approval comes. They cannot raise a demand for money from us since they don't have the project approval and approvals from bank.

They however plan on continuing the construction till the approvals comes, and then once they have it, they will demand rest of the installments from us based on what stage the construction is at. HOH expects the approval process to be complete within next 2 months.

Does it mean, only after approvals we will come to know about the remaining installments ? Any idea.

Yes, they cannot demand money till they have the written govt approval and bank approval, once they have both they will ask for the installments as per the schedule.
