BBMP Approval

Hi All,

Visited the site today. Still there are no updates on the approval from BBMP. As per the sales team there it should come within a month. (But they are saying this since last many months)

Anyways, another thing i was told is that the official launch of Queensgate is scheduled on 15th March and the approvals have to be in place for that. SO lets see if that happens. 

The construction is in progress with 1st level of basement being under construction. 

Please add any information if you have for the benefit of all. :)

Its really very strange to see even big brands like Hiranandani also not able to give transparacy and lack of commitment also reflecting.
No other choice but to wait. Hope for the best.

Thanks for the info. I think they will launch soon with revised rates, there have promotional offers for 1BHK saying get appreciation of 400 PSF in 45 days, so i guess after approvals they will increase the base prices in the range of 200-300 PSF.

We met Sumit yesterday. He mentioned that they'll be receiving approvals very soon. Looks like they have BDA approvals but waiting on BBMP approvals. He also said that in april some time they will be sending demand notice of 15%.
