I don't think you should worry too much about that, that is a standard template in the application form. It was there in mine too. After completing the application you will soon receive the allotment letter. I guess you should do this soon before there is a price hike.

After the booking, within 2 weeks I got the the allotment letter by mail, which has to be signed and a copy has to be sent to them.
