Any update on construction status

Hi Guys,

     Its very quiet in group. Has anyone got any update on what's going on. What's their plan...

     Are they refunding the money back if we cancel the booking?

Hi Chetan,

After chading the management team for about six months i gave up on the queesnsgate porperty and re-invested the amoubt in the GlenGlate project at Hebbal as per the current rates.

Queensgate by all means is delayed and i was told that there is no fixed timeline on completion.

After careful consideration , the GlenGate project has got all approvals in place and is on schedule for conpletion in dec 2017.

Same here, negotiated rate and moved to club meadows, while there are unsold properties in exiting/completed properties move there.I don't think QG will start in another year. Their plan is to complete phase 1 and then start QG.

I spoke to Lakshmi around July-august timeframe and she was very confident on December launch. Also, few engineers working in Lake Verandahs mentioned that they will be moving to the next construction starting in the complex. I am assuming it would be Queensgate.

As far as getting money upon cancellation, looks difficult to me unless you move to another property in HOH.

I wrote an email asking to facilitate legal verification.They cant give a set of documents and need the lawyer to go to their Indiranagar office. 

The hurry to launch is in conjunction with RERA i guess. Because projects which already have a commencement certificate at the time of RERA coming into implementation will not be bound by the regulatory rules set out.

I cant believe that the BBMP approvals took them 3 years. Assuming the developer already had MOEF and fire NOC, BBMP approval would have taken 6 months atmost
