REPOST: Please Help .... Neighbours From Hell

Thanks for the idea ... I hope that it doesn't come to that, but it may. I
have emailed the Mayor's office and cc'd a few appropriate city officials.
Today I have heard back from a representative of Mayor Turner that somebody
has been to the offending property, taken photos and also has spoken with
the owner/occupants. I have written back thanking the rep and The Mayor for
their assistance and asked specifically what was said and what would be
done.
I have posted info on my web site,

have been more than 500 hits that I can specifically attribute to this one
page within the site.
