Krestrel TT Bike needs good home

Hello everyone. I am writing to ask if anyone would be interested in this beautiful TT bike or know a young racer who needs equipment to advance in the sport. See images. Old technology (2009) but extremely low miles.  52 cm (but runs taller than 52 cm road bikes), new tires, new chain and cassette. I observe that Kestrels of this age and excellent condition sell for $500 or more online. However, my main goal is seeing this machine put to productive use and enjoyed.
