No matter how minimum my phone data is, i keep getting this iphone storage full message. I tried to clean up, restore and delete apps but its very frustrating to have this pop up constantly on my phone and it dont let me use the phone and no app works at that moment. I have never been this disappointed of using an iphone. Out of 64 Gb, my phone data is only 15Gb, still iphone storage full message every few hours.

I updated my iPad Air 2 to iPad OS 15 yesterday, and now I too see "iPad Storage Almost Full" but I have a TON of space left (26 GB to be clear). If I tap on the warning in Settings -> General it just blinks a few times and stays there. This is SUPER annoying. I hope Apple Support has a fix for this soon...

Remove all unneeded files from your TV and Music Libraries. Full-Movies take up 2-4GB typically, and a bunch of those would take up a load of storage, ideally. So, if you have any movies that are not needed, then delete them.

Clear the storages named "Other". It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips. Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use.

"Agreed. But still, the issue at hand is that even after freeing up space and having 30GB+ of free space on the phone, you still get a message at the top of the settings page saying 'iPhone Storage Almost Full'."

Do your Part: Report this to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.

Agreed. But still, the issue at hand is that even after freeing up space and having 30GB+ of free space on the phone, you still get a message at the top of the settings page saying "iPhone Storage Almost Full".

The whole point of clearing space is to clear space. Note that "Other" can take up lots of space. And when that is the case, GBs and GBs of data are being swollen up, all of which can presumably be cleared. This data is unnecessary items such as caches (which remember how applications were last used). When lots of space is used, system resources are swollen up. Therefore, making things slow, and quite possibly resulting in an overheating phone.

I had already tried resetting. Not just power off and on, but an actual reset (Volume Up, Down, and power button hold) and none of that has worked. I will have to try the factory reset, but will wait to see if the first update, which usually comes a week or two after the release, has a fix for it.

When installing a system update, the [compressed] update binaries must first be downloaded (consuming storage space), then decompressed and verified (consuming more storage space) - and finally installed. Once installed, the installation binaries are deleted.

do have over 20 GB free and sadly a factory reset/restore is really not an option as have many playlist and mp3 that not allowed to move from iPhone back to iMac (was able to do this under iTunes and gave over 10gb of music )

Every iPhone and iPad I updated to iOS 15 has the iPhone/iPad storage almost full message. Please fix this bug. I will NOT buy iCloud extra storage just to get rid of this message. I will replace every phone and and tablet with something android or windows based. This was a known bug before iOS 15 was released.

Anyone else also getting this alert? I don't understand why the solutions keep suggesting how to free up space. There's no issue with the space. My phone is a 64Gb one and currently at less than 32Gb and I still have that notification. It's not a pop up. It's in settings. It has a 1 in a circle and clicking on it doesn't do anything at all. At it stays there after restarting the phone. Any suggestions?

"Thanks! Bug submitted.: I had already tried resetting. Not just power off and on, but an actual reset (Volume Up, Down, and power button hold) and none of that has worked. Having same issue here, have over 20 GB of free space but getting the alert that running out of space. Came up as soon as update it to 15. 25 years in your programmer tried all the steps before coming here and read suggestions and yes I did all those steps.

Well can Report I finally got time to manually move my playlist and mp3 (that only existed on iPhones) and moved off/backed up. Then backup the whole phone, reset and restore the phone. And this glitch went away. We loaded the playlist and MP3s and good to go.

Why am I suddenly unable to click links on my iPhone 11 and get accurate forwarding to correct URL addresses? The links are correct, but when I try and access on phone, I get 404 errors. This just started this month.

I just got a new iPhone that is only connected to my home wifi connection, and I've downloaded Dropbox and I'm trying to save a short video to my phone from my DropBox folder to share on Instagram, as I've done routinely in the past with my old iPhone. For some reason, it keeps saying "Export Failed" and was first saying to check the wifi connection (my wifi connection is fine), and now it's just saying "Dropbox was unable to download the file".

I think I may have remembered something. I'm saving the short videos as .mov files, and I'm beginning to remember that I can't save those to the phone. When I save in a lower quality out of iMovie, it saves as mp4, which I can load into the phone and onto Instagram. But does anyone know how to get a higher quality video on Instagram? I do loads of promo in my Instagram @SirenWilliams and I have to post a video for a camera company, and it needs to looks good to show the quality of the camera. I might be screwed on that one.

@Sanchez - I was receiving the same "Export Failed" error as @SirenWilliams so I followed your directions uninstalling, restarting phone and reinstalling. It appeared to be working and then I received the following error: "sorry this type of video cannot be saved to this device". Can you help? I'm using an iPhone 6s running on iOS 11.3.1

I am using adobe premier pro and I am having the same problem I have tried to export from my PC to my iphone and it starts downloading then gives me the error. I am doing a stop motion video and for some reason these dont seem to download to my phone even though I am using mp4. I have also tried various other file types. The file size is 88mg and I have sent other ones to my phone using dropbox. I don't know why not these ones. This is so frustrating... I hope you can help!

I'm having issues with viewing a panorama on an iphone.. I receive an error and the page will not load. i only get the message: Er heeft zich herhaaldelijk een probleem voorgedaan op ' -68b7-40f1-94a6-ad9b3ad9f850'.

Which browser are you using (probably Safari?), and is your iPhone also up to date? Does it help if you use either Chrome or Firefox on your iPhone to load the panorama? Just for testing/troubleshooting purposes this would be good to know. Thank you in advance!

What iPhone are you using exactly, and can you also try to export the Web Standalone once more, making sure you're using Enscape 2.9? Also, are you perhaps connected to a different network compared to the PC / Android device?

samb , just had the chance to try it on an iPhone as well, also up to date now - with 2.9 we've increased the resolution of our panoramas when you set the quality to "High" in the Visual Settings. Those panoramas seem to not work on iPhones indeed, in the meantime you may want to set the quality to "Medium" instead. You shouldn't see too much of a difference, if at all, since it's viewed on a smaller screen!

So, thanks a lot, good catch! We're grateful for your speedy responses and all the feedback and cooperation. I will forward this to our dedicated web development department for further troubleshooting.

Once this has been resolved, or once I have any further news I'll get back to you. I hope that re-exporting some of your panoramas in the meantime won't be a problem if you want to view them on your iPhone.
