There likely is a touch of racism. Is it a case of what is happening, or who it
is happening to?
I've been to Haiti three times, two weeks each time, and the people I got to
know were really nice to me.
Troublemakers are probably quite in the minority, and I wonder if what is going
on now is somehow involved with outside help.

t'attends à ce qu'il commence à se mêler de politique internationale,
il y a de fortes chances que tu attendes longtemps. Il est plutôt du
genre : "Si c'est Ottawa qui le dit, c'est ce que je pense!" Charest,
c'est un "follower".
Deuxièmement, le départ d'Aristide a coïncidé avec la réconciliation
de la France et des U.S.A., et aussi du Canada, ce qui devrait en
réjouir plus d'un parmi la majorité anglophone du Canada.
Enfin, toi qui parles espagnol, de savoir que le Canada a refusé de
suivre les U.S.A. dans leur aventure en Irak et ce, au contraire de
l'Espagne, tu devrais te réjouir de la décision de Chrétien, un
francophone canadien, de ne pas avoir suivi les Américains dans cette
guerre. De cette façon, les probabilités d'un carnage au Canada comme
il y en a eu un en Espage sont plutôt minces.
