Double Quotes

Can you provide guidance on how to go about ingesting data with double quotes for external tables? I am looking for syntax needed to that the table is reading the data correctly. Thanks,

Not sure about ingestion - because has nothing to do with table definition but assuming you are having data values with " " - in that case you are probably looking for something like 

com.bizo.hive.serde.csv.CSVSerde
