Dear.

Along with health, I am writing to tell you that some time ago migrated from one server to another, the ICA-AtoM system we have implemented in our organization.

Migration was copying as is the system configuration, and made the old charge, that no longer works here.

On the new server, the system runs well. The only thing is that on the old server, anonymous users who accesaban, could see without logging in digital objects. On the new server, only logged users can see digital objects.

and just now I am in charge of this, I want to ask where can you see why they are not displaying digital objects, such as PDF and other files?

Attentive to your answers. regards

Hi Hector,

Access can be restricted to digital objects master or reference representations via the "Anonymous" user access control interface:
https://www.ica-atom.org/doc/Edit_permissions#Scenario_five:_Remove_the_ability_to_view_and_download_master_digital_objects

Please make sure that the "Anonymous" group has permissions to "Access reference representations".

Cheers,
David
