I'm installing icaatom-1.0.9 using IE (don't ask why I am using IE) and am encountering a problem -- I've gotten through the db setup page but the Site Configuration page seems broken, specifically, the CSS seems odd and there is no way to submit the form, no button and none of the fields appear to recognize enter.
Any way I can get out of this without dropping the db and restarting in a real browser? Below is the output from IE's Javascript debugger.

Hi Jack, I see the issue at http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=1598, but do you want me to try the fix you document below anyway?
