I built my "Workstation" myself a couple weeks ago, here are the first results:
Tested this with Qubes 3.1, 3.2-RC2 and just now with 3.2-RC3.

== Hardware ==
Mainboard: ASRock Z170 Extreme4
BIOS Version: P3.40
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 530
TPM Chip: ASRock TPM-S Module (More details below)
Others: 16 GB RAM (2x8GB); SATA-3 SSD (Crucial BX100, 256GB)

== BIOS Problems ==
BootMenu has problems with 21:9 Display, some serious graphical glitches. You need to move your mouse cursor across half the screen, it always draw about 64x64 pixel per time, see picture:

BIOS itself works fine with 21:9

== TPM ==
The mainboard itself doesn't have a TPM-Chip, but it as a TPM-Header, so you can purchase a seperate TPM module.
I did, my choice was the ASRock TPM-S Module. (It was the only one available, it's made by the same manufacturer as my mainboard and it was the only one with reviews (Which where all 5 Stars btw).
Link to TPM Module I used: http://www.asrock.com/mb/spec/card.asp?Model=TPM-S%20Module
I tried AEM - works fine! But don't forget to activate the TPM module in BIOS before, the state is "Disabled" by default if you installed it to your board.

NOTICE: When using the "qubes-hcl-report" tool, it says "TPM: Device present", but this is not shown up in the HCL report file.

== USB ==
All USB Ports working, including the two USB 3.1 Ports (ASMedia "ASM1142" Chipset).
USB ports have power, even if the computer is turned off, so they can be used to charge a phone, power a USB-LED-Lamp etc.

== Audio ==
Audio itself works fine, but I have problems with getting my microphone working.
I don't need it on this machine, so I don't mind, but I tested it & I didn't got it working.
Input Signal is shown in PulseAudio, but I don't get anything in a VM.

== Networking ==
Onboard LAN is Intel I219-V, which works fine out-of-the-box.
WiFi is not built in and I don't have a WiFi Card installed.

== Video Performance ==
Youtube @ 144p:
MIME: video/webm, Codec VP9
Resolution: 256x144 @ 30fps
Audio: Fine, nothing stutters
Video: Fine, nothing stutters

Youtube @ 240p:
Same as above, just at 426x240

Youtube @ 360p:
Same as above, just at 640x360

Youtube @ 480p:
Same as above, just at 854x480

Youtube @ 720p60:
Same as above, just at 1280x720 @ 60fps

Youtube @ 1080p30:
Same as above, just at 1920x1080 @ 30fps

Youtube @ 1080p60:
Same as above, just at 1920x1080 @ 60fps

Youtube @ 1440p30:
Same same as above, just at 2560x1440 @ 30fps

Youtube @ 1440p60:
Every few seconds the video stutters for a couple milliseconds, but nothing dramatic.
Could be a pain to some people if you watch a movie with this.
Others same as above, just at 2560x1440 @ 60fps

Youtube @ 2160p30:
Noticeable microlags the whole time, Okay for short videos, but nothing for longer videos or even movies.
Others same as above, just at 3840x2160 @ 30fps

Youtube @ 2160p60:
Serious laggs in Video and Audio, nothing to work with.
Others same as above, just at 3840x2160 @ 60fps
Also Firefox starts lagging.

VLC over HTTP @ 1080p30 + other file local, also 1080p30: Looks like 20fps instead of the 30 it is, also minimal graphical glitches when you move the mouse. But for watching movies etc. it should work, at least it fits my needs.

== Other things ==
- Suspend doesn't work as it should. If I suspend, the computer goes to the expected mode, fans stop etc. - but if I want to resume, it just doesn't boot up. Fans start spinning again, Power LED stops blinking, but nothing on the display.
- Hibernate neither, but here the computer doesn't even try to stop doing something, it just enabled the screen saver.
- Everything works fine with 2560x1080 resolution (21:9).

Stuff I planned for the future:
- I'm planning to buy a separate low-end graphics-card for GPU-Pass-through so I can watch movies etc. without any glitches in 4k60fps
- M.2 SSD, probably a Samsung 950 Pro or Samsung SM951/961, depending on availability.
