Change CLI Screen Size / Resolution

If I install a standlone HVM linux server with no gui then how can I change the screen size on it? By default it is way too small

Try setting GRUB_GFXMODE and GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX="keep" in grub.cfg

Those values are not present in the grub.cfg
Did you want me to add those at the end of the file?
