I'm using qubes 4.1 and I can't compile a archlinux template. Every time I try to do it I get

I've tried all sorts of things and I simply cant get it to compile. I am following the docs on qubes.org only selecting "4.1 instead of "4.0". I am also trying to get a cent OS and Ubuntu but I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. If anyone can help that would be grate!
