For those who prefer to keep their location private FYI - this leaks your local IP's even with a VPN. To test go to this page

https://diafygi.github.io/webrtc-ips/

To fix go to about:config in the firefox URL box, search for media.peerconnection.enabled and set to false. Less of a concern with Qubes, much more so in other OS's, but should be blocked regardless. Safari doesn't have this issue, and Chrome (of course) you can't prevent leaking.

Have you confirmed you are also not leaking IP via DNS as well before this?   I would have thought ( not saying its correct) that if you were going thru a VPN this enabled would leak your LAN IP address unless you had a public IP directly attached to your network interface.  More just interested.  I disabled this when I first found out it was enabled by default at the first of the year i.e Jan '15.

Reason I ask about the DNS is its a sore spot for me as I had lots of trouble in the past locking it down between configs and VPN providers ( not Qubes specific BTW) so I know it can be a PITA to get right sometimes.
