Building Arch Linux on Fedora 24 fails - lsb_release binary missing

Fedora 24 doesn't have the lsb_release binary installed by default.

The archlinux build fails if this isn't installed.

This binary is provided by the redhat-lsb-core package. This should
probably be added to the list of dependencies in qubes-builder
documentation.
