A few people said that installing "klmod-wl" will make the wifi work in my HP Pavilion g6 1301-tx.
So
i) I enabled RPMFusion Free and Non Free Repositories.
ii) Tried "sudo dnf install kmod-wl".
Didnt work!
It said it couldn't find "kmodtool". I tried "sudo dnf install kmodtool". It said "unavailable".
So i got my RPM at "http://rpm.pbone.net"
Got this one:
rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/releases/23/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/k/kmodtool-1-23.fc23.noarch.rpm

Then it said it couldnt find "wl-kmod-common". Got it from here:
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/34113091/dir/fedora_23/com/broadcom-wl-6.30.223.271-1.fc23.noarch.rpm.html

After that "sudo dnf install kmod-wl" worked.

Now, I assigned the "Network Controller: Broadcom" to "sys-net".
I also did "sudo modprobe brcmsmac" as I read it might be necessary sometimes.

I still can't connect to any access points.

Here's the "nmcli device" output:
[user@sys-net ~]$ nmcli device
DEVICE TYPE STATE CONNECTION
enp0s1 ethernet unavailable --
vif2.0 ethernet unmanaged --
vif5.0 ethernet unmanaged --
lo loopback unmanaged --

Here's the output of "ifconfig" command:

[user@sys-net ~]$ ifconfig
enp0s1: flags=4099<UP,BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500

RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0
TX packets 8 bytes 648 (648.0 B)

As you can see.. The vif9.0's MAC is showing as "fe:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff". That's just wrong.

And I assure you that I infact have assigned the wireless adaptor to "sys-net".

I need a bit of help ladies and gentlemen. Thanks in advance.
