[HCL] Lenovo ThinkPad W530 (i7-3720QM, Coreboot, ME Cleaned, dGPU disabled)

Hi everyone,

I'm attaching the HCL report for my Lenovo ThinkPad W530.

Machine Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3720QM
RAM: 12GB (Upgrading to 32GB soon)
BIOS: Coreboot (built from upstream) with Intel ME Neutralized/Cleaned.
GPU: NVIDIA Quadro K1000M (Disabled in BIOS for Qubes compatibility)

Remarks / Observations:

Sleep/Suspend: Works flawlessly.
TrackPoint: Works perfectly on the current kernel. However, I observed that the latest kernel updates might break the TrackPoint functionality, so I am using a slightly older kernel for stability.
Coreboot & ME: System is extremely stable with Intel ME neutralized.

Special Note for the Qubes Team: I am coming to FOSDEM 2026 in Brussels specifically to meet the developers and the community. I'm bringing this W530 with me as a "brick" of the open-source hardware community I'm trying to build in Turkey. I would be honored if I could get this machine signed by the team there!
