How to install qrexec?

I want to install qrexec on Ubuntu in HVM mode and also Windows 10, but there's no information on how to install them in the Qubes pages.

If you've built your own copy them in to the HVM ( you could do this
using virtual disk or CD attached at start).
For Ubuntu, I provide pre-built packages (and templates) at
https://qubes.3isec.org - you can add those repos to your Ubuntu HVM and
instal the relevant packages.
