Bullseye template

There isn't as yet an official template for bullseye. If anyone wants
to try one, I've posted one at https://qubes.3isec.org/Templates

On the back of that I'm building a Parrot template with the full tool
packages installed. The instructions on the website for building a
Parrot template are out of date now: I've posted an updated version at
https://github.com/unman/notes/blob/master/parrot_template

I'm currently working on building Parrot in QubesBuilder, and will post
a Parrot template in the morning.
