Screen issues in Qubes OS 3.1

Hi all,

I'm using Qubes OS for the first time, and I'm having some issues with the display.

• I was unable to use Qubes OS on the first boot because the screen was unusable, which got resolved after a reboot: https://youtu.be/Hl5nuFiNHa0
• Resuming the computer after suspending to RAM ends up in a flickering screen that then turns green: https://youtu.be/GpRJIpaHXb8
  
• I get the first glitch again if the screen gets locked after a period of inactivity: https://youtu.be/ErtWtE3yNLw

Does anyone know how to fix these issues?

Using the standard KDE Screen Saver settings I changed the type of screensaver from 'switch off screen' (?) to use a black colour.

Thanks! That seems to fix the screen lock issue. :)

Does anyone know how to fix the green screen I get after resuming from suspend to RAM?

I had this problem with 6th generation hardware, and this fixed it, courtesy of Marek:

sudo qubes-dom0-update --enablerepo=qubes*unstable kernel
