Qubes ISO with different Xen version

It appears that the current version of Qubes OS ships with Xen 4.12. I have an AMD Threadripper and this version of Xen has issues detecting virtualization on my CPU. There is a patch for this in the qubes-vmm-xen repo on the xen-4.8 branch. Are there ISO's with this branch readily available? I've tried building my own ISO with this branch in it for the last few days and the build keeps failing. I'm hoping someone knows of an easier way?

idk if this helps, but https://openqa.qubes-os.org/tests/5110/asset/iso/Qubes-4.1-20191223-x86_64.iso ships with xen 4.13. Or you can try 4.0.2rc2, which is 4.8-based.
