RSS feeds

I had a little spare time, so I've put up some RSS feeds:

News - https://qubes.3isec.org/p/api/query.php?user=qubes&t=2b3w5B4RgAta00m5ExyQu7&f=rss
Security News - https://qubes.3isec.org/p/api/query.php?user=qubes&t=vVZ02rttpRwulrCgGZpEf&f=rss
Documentation - https://qubes.3isec.org/p/api/query.php?user=qubes&t=3QBqVTHxa8kPvEk8Nrx1Dj&f=rss

At the moment these are classic feeds with pointers to the source,
but I could add in content if that was wanted.

The "Documentation" feed shows commits to main - we're working to make
sure that the commit messages provide meaningful information so that you
will be able to see when there has been an interesting change to the
documentation.
