YubiKey w/3.2 - screen locker program

I'm following the tutorial here for the YubiKey:

But when I get to step 5, I'm stumped. When I go to /etc/pam.d/ of the fedora template, I don't see anything that looks like a screen locker program. I'm on the default 3.2 config running the default xfce gui on dom0.

What the am I missing? I would think the screen program is in the dom0, but the tutorial makes it seem like it's in the fedora template.

I'm for sure being a total n00b on this one lol.
