qvm-usb does not list device, but lsusb does

I try to attach my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) via USB cable to
transfer files to my QubesOS box. From googling around figured out a
plan to attach the USB device to another qube, install the MPT library
there - and use Nautilius to mount the drive there.

Unfortunately qvm-usb does not list any devices:

Looks like you might have two USB controllers. Try assigning the unused
controller to an "Android" HVM, then plug your phone into that. It
bypasses some of the security, though.
