I am trying to upgrade from R3.2 to R4. I don't seem to be able to boot
from the ISO I burned to a USB.
I get this message flashed at the bottom of the boot screen before all
turns black:
"Booted on L1TF-vulnerable hardware with SMT/Hyperthreading enabled.
Please access your configuration and choose an explicit "smt-=<bool>'
setting. See XSA-273."
I've tried turning off hyperthreading in the BIOS, but get the same
message. Where can I set this config setting?

Figured it out...
It had nothing to do with the config file or hyper-threading settings. I
had to switch the BIOS to Legacy mode to get past this.
