Prompted twice for approving GPG key use

I'm using Split GPG, and I upgraded my template from Fedora-23 to Fedora-24. Everything continues to work, but I am now prompted twice (an identical prompt) to approve the use of my GPG key for 300 seconds.

Any thoughts as to why that is and how I can change it back to a single prompt? Of course, it's not a big deal (just click twice), but it concerns me that the first click accepting the use of the key for 300 seconds is not "taking effect". After clicking the second time it does work for 300 seconds.
