Now that it seems that several got Windows 10 running in a VM in Qubes OS, I wonder what the experiences are with running Microsoft Office in that Windows 10 VM ?

Does it runs nicely without any problems, almost, a little bit unstable, quite unstable or is it completely terrible ?

Is there any functions that doesn’t work and if so which ?

I should probably admit that I’m totally new to Linux. I have only Windows and Mac experience to compare with - where I’m also used to get errors when working with WordMat.

M:
Don't know about Microsoft Office, but Libreoffice on Debian works well
and can read most Microsoft documents without problem.

I have set users up with Win10 and Win7 with MS Office.
In both cases everything seems to work fine - on your scale " runs
nicely without any problems, almost".
The only issue seems to be that presentation mode doesnt work properly
with 2 screens/projector.

Sounds great. 🙂

I look forward to try it myself in Qubes OS. But has to get Qubes OS working first...

If running MS Office in Qubes OS also resulted in many problems, I probably would give up trying to make it work. But this makes me keep on fighting at least a little longer. 🙂
