I've been using Qubes as my main OS for the last ~6 months or so.
All in all i'm very happy with it.

As i'm working as an Admin and i have to copy / paste many things out of different Web Applications into Command Lines, i have been using a Clipboard Manager (clipit) for quite some time.

If i install clipit in my Work AppVM it isn't working properly.
It seems that clipit doesn't get a lot of the clipboard input, for example when i mark text.

I haven't put much time into the problem yet, but it has been bothering me, as it slows down my workflow for certain Tasks.

Is anybody else using a Clipboard Manager that works in Qubes?

Could any Dev point me into the direction on how to debug this problem?

I'll make an educated guess that no normal clipboard manager will work
right on Qubes, since the OS tries to isolate clipboard content. A
Qubes-specific clipboard manager would be the best option (though I
don't know of any).

In the short term, you could use a text editor in an appVM as a sort of
pastebin to collect useful clips. The only difficulty would be in
deciding which clips to keep and which to erase.

So i have fiddled with it for a while and just tried a couple different clipboard managers and the 3rd try was a successfull.

http://parcellite.sourceforge.net/ so far works fine with Qubes, in case anybody else is looking for a working clipboard manager, it is available directly from the Repository.
