never ending Bootstraph phase at 85%

Hello list,

after installing Qubes to a large USB 31 stick und booting Qubes from stick, Qubes was updated without any complains.
(for being sincere, I am not totally sure if there was a reboot inbetween installation and update)


After booting Qubes, it did ask, if it should connect via TOR to the Internet.

The following messages are shown:

[sys whonix] Anon Connection Wizard
Bootstrapping Tor
Bootstrap phase: Finishing handshake with first hop


Question:
Does this message mean, something went wrong with hop 2 and 3 and therefore Quebes does not reliably connect over Tor?

Upper left. Applications. Click on it. Choose says-firewall. Firefox. Which should start Firefox with no protection. Which should start easier than Whonix or Tor. Search. What is my IP
