You can create it manually (create a normal VM, then attach USB
controllers there in "Devices" tab in VM settings). Or use management
stack for this - run as root in dom0:
1. Enable sys-usb:
qubesctl top.enable qvm.sys-usb
2. Apply configuration
qubesctl state.highstate

ok ya thats what I did, but i wasn't sure which controller to add, not sure what the command is to list them and to see which one usb is attached to. I followed the instructions on the old site for this.

But i was able to guess correctly from memory after looking at device list in the manager. tks for the help.
