Unable to upgrade Debian and whonix templates

Utilizing the code posted on the QubesOS website under “Warning”, I am unable to execute these upgrades. Sometimes they say the VM name is too long, other times it says it can’t find the name of the upgrade. getting frustrated and tried several times from different internet connections, always with the same result.

Please link to the Warning to which you're referring.

Thanks. CC'ing the qubes-users group back in. That way if people run
into the same problem as you, they can search and find the solution here.

Anyways, not sure why you're experiencing trouble there. Did you scroll
all the way to the right? Another way to accomplish the same procedure
is to run "sudo qubes-dom0-update" in a dom0 terminal, then after a
reboot use the Update widget (sun like icon up by the clock) to update
the templates.
