Creating my own XML file for Windows 10

I have currently Downloaded and installed QCWT and had no issues until I saw that It is no longer possible to DL Win10 through the app. So I downloaded a copy of it and transferred it to the directory but now I'm drawing a blank on the XML file. Or do I even need it?
