Implementing Qubes like virtualization

Hello,
I'am currently searching for a virtualization option similar to what you
guys have done with Qubes. What I need is a fully virtualized debian
desktop that runs as if it would reside on bare metal. The problem is
that I can't find anything that would tell me how to achive this. Can
anyone here help?

Qubes uses Xen.
You should follow these links if you have no idea:
There are probably specific tutorials and stories around trying to do what you want, the part you may be interested is the struggle people always have with VGA passthrough, VNC and things like that.
Also, the best stuff around is probably from the people that started and mantain Qubes:

Have you considered running Debian in Qubes as a Standalone HVM? If
this isn't "as if it were on bare metal" enough for you, then you
might need to spell out more explicit what your requirements are.
Obviously, no virtualized OS will be *exactly* the same as if it were
installed on the bare metal.
