USB-keyboard changes keyboard-layout in a qube

Hi
I have the following problem: If I connect a USB keyboard to my notebook (Thinkpad x230) and connect the device to a Qube, the keyboard layout of this Qube changes. It doesn't matter whether I write on the notebook keyboard or the USB keyboard, the layout has changed for both. However, this has no effect on other qubes.
Is anyone able to help me? Does anyone know what that could be and how I could solve the problem?
