Help verifying r4.3.1

Hi

This is my first time trying to get Qubes OS. I don't know where or how to get the public key and every time that I enter the

   gpg2 --check-signatures "Qubes OS Release 4.3 Signing Key" 

command, I get 

   gpg: error reading key: No public key

By the way, that release signing key (RSK) is, in turn, signed by the Qubes Master Signing Key (QMSK). This part of the documentation explains how to get the QMSK:

(However, I strongly recommend just carefully reading and following along with the whole page from the beginning, if you're not already doing so.)
