I can't see my webcam in dom0 with qvm-usb but have to pass to another skype-vm

Hello,
I have a problem I can't resolve by myself.
running qubes 3.2 with feb updates.
I use a Logitech webcam C525 which shows up besides all my other usb stuff when I use lsusb.
When I use qvm-usb I get an empty list.
I have to pass the webcam to a VM based on fedora 24 which I plan to use for skype.
But I'm stuck...
Any help appreciated.

Try passing entire USB controller to the VM instead of the single device.

So, what does show up after running lspci -tv?
