Fedora Minimal 23 - not able to use

Hi folks,
I recently got the Fedora 23 minimal template again from the repository, and I was unable to do anything
with it, it doesn't even have YUM on there for me to be able to install anything.
Could you please resolve the issue, and in future templates, ensure that that is there so that it can be used please?
